The Golden Buzzer on America's Got Talent. I love watching them. They certainly make a good break. They rev' up my spirits. They make me feel inspired once again. The music and singing most times make me tear with joy. It is a wonderful way to get in touch with feelings. To get memories and thoughts forgotten, resurfacing. It is a great way to bond and connect with my son as together. We enjoy the show as the language of music transcends boundaries! Just the other day, I was watching, the Golden Buzzer moment of a pediatric male nurse, Michael. Simon Cowell gave him the golden buzzer. Michael was singing the song "To Love Somebody" by the Bee Gees, in his own style with so much real feeling. I just loved what he said though, before the start of his wonderful rendition of the song. Michael shared that his 6 children were from foster care and people in a survival mode cannot dream. So, by providing his children with a safe home environment, they can now dream. And he was up on stage, to show them that if his dad can go on stage to sing and make his dream come true, they can too! Thank you Michael! And thank you the Golden Buzzer in America Got Talent! In these moments, music also makes you grateful! Grateful and thankful for such talented people who share their talent with us and make us see more in people, in ourselves and in our lives. And so for the busy busy person or student, man or woman, who feel overwhelmed, drained, a little low, a little angry, a little despondent...just go on board YouTube and type - Golden Buzzer America Got Talent. Enjoy all the benefits that many people and I have, as you soak into the singing and the music! Here's a summary of how one can boost one's mental and emotional state with such music. 6 Benefits that come with just 6 + minutes of experiencing " FEEL GOOD" Music:
