(In my coaching for Fast, Massive Transformation (FMT), 4 things are expected if you want results : 

• You believe that you are the biggest factor to your own success.
• You must be willing to see things in another way.
• You have to choose to see how you can grow from the hard truths that are revealed in the process.
• You must be willing to take consistent action.

(If you only want to be comfortable with your own way of thinking and behaving that you are accustomed to, please do not take my coaching class. Massive transformation can only exist if one believes that you are a big part in this equation to success)

(Normally 1-2 coaching sessions to gain greater clarity, 4-5 sessions for progress and 10-12 sessions for significant breakthroughs) 
​​Typically  we recommend a program of  4 - 5 sessions.
One session lasts  45 minutes.
Cancellation Policy: less than 24 hours or **'no show' - one session charge
(​**I have had to do this as a slot reserved for you means that someone else who could only be available at that time, could not get the opportunity to be helped and  supported. While I do understand that there are times where unexpected circumstances  could crop up, the random, “no-show charge” is to encourage professional courtesy to inform as soon as you know you cannot make the appointment,  commitment to your recovery and to  discourage depriving someone else who would have seriously needed the support by having that slot. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. )
