(In my coaching for Fast, Massive Transformation (FMT), 4 things are expected if you want results : 

• You believe that you are the biggest factor to your own success.
• You must be willing to see things in another way.
• You have to choose to see how you can grow from the hard truths that are revealed in the process.
• You must be willing to take consistent action.

(If you only want to be comfortable with your own way of thinking and behaving that you are accustomed to, please do not take my coaching class. Massive transformation can only exist if one believes that you are a big part in this equation to success)

I would highly recommend Healthy Livin’ International Skype coaching. I had just been promoted and people management was taking a toll on my personal physical health. My mental state was worse.
